MECHANIZING
Conventional and CNC Mechanizing
Installed capacity for the mechanizing of special individual parts or large manufacturing lots in medium (Ø1500 x L1000 (mm) and Ø400 x L 2500 (mm)) or small up to Ø 5 x L5 (mm) sizes.
FORGING
Net-shape forging and open-die forging
Net-shape forging with capacity to process rectangular sections of up to 500x150x50 (mm) (30kg.), round from Ø16xL100 (mm) up to Ø76,2×1000 (mm) and tubular from Ø50,8×5 thick., up to Ø165×22 thick. (mm) and 3000mm in length.
WELDING
Backing and Non-backing Welding, Surfacing Welding
State-of-the-art equipment and qualified labor allow us to fulfill the most demanding requirements and norms in the welding of structures, pressure subjected containers, traction demanded joints
and surfacing welding in friction subjected parts.
LASER CUTTING
CNC assisted cutting
Installed capacity to cut complex figures on surfaces (tubular) up to 200mm, THICKNESS 10MM AND 7500 MM in length. This process is CNC assisted.
HEAT TREATMENT
Normalizing, Quenching, Tempering, Cementation
Installed capacity to carry out heat treatments in Muffle type furnace with a capacity for pieces of up to 300x250x900 (mm) (500kg) and cementations in salt ovens with a maximum capacity for pieces of 200x200x700 (mm) (200Kg).
