Tassaroli has incorporated a turning center Hyundai 180TTSY SKT, machine with multiple tools, that allows perfect mechanizing regulation, which program can be easily changed to start new parts production. It is able to make small series with minimal machine preparation, allowing quick response to production change request.

To meet the growing demand of small length perforating guns (up to 1500 mm long), a fully automated state of the art production line was built, containing all the required equipment to transform the steel materials into finished parts, including also engraving and painting.

To complete the different lengths of perforating guns, Tassaroli incorporated a manufacturing station to mechanize tubular pipes in static form, reducing the risks for operators. Rotating parts are contained within the machine, eliminating all risk of the tubular manufacturing handling. Lubrication of tools with an air system (MQL oil), removes soluble oil, minimizing environmental impact.

Tassaroli ´s mining, water injection and gas lift mandrels lines, have a robotic welding cell for optimal production quality.
The automatic process allows for increased production capacity and improved quality of our products, through better control and repeatability characteristics of the welding processes.
